Our rules have been created to protect you, your family, and other families.
In order to keep Ocean’s Playhouse a safe and welcoming space for all, please read and follow our House Rules carefully.
- This is a socks-only establishment. Socks must be worn at all times by both adults and children. Socks are available to be purchased at the counter, if needed. No shoes or bare feet are permitted anywhere on the premises.
- A signed release form is required for entry. We recommend completing the form online prior to your visit, but it can also be reviewed and signed on the premises at one of our convenient kiosks.
- Kids must be accompanied by an adult to enter the facility.
- Adult supervision is required at all times. We are not a drop-off facility. Adults must remain in the play center for the duration of the visit.
- NO re-entry allowed once you exit the facility.
- NO adult entry without a child.
- NO outside food or drinks are allowed.
- NO food, drink, gum, or candy is allowed in the play area.
- NO climbing up the slides or the sides of the equipment. Equipment must be used as intended.
- NO climbing or standing on the outside of the play equipment or protective nets.
- NO pets allowed.
- NO smoking/vaping inside or in front of our facility.
- NO rude, rough play and inappropriate language. If a child OR adult violates this policy, they will be asked to leave immediately with NO refund.
- NO toys allowed in the play area.
- Please be considerate of other guests and do NOT bring sick children into Ocean’s Playhouse.
- Remove all jewelry, loose clothing, and coins from pockets before playing.
- We are NOT responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of your personal belongings.
- During busy hours, we reserve the right to limit to ONE adult with ONE child admission.
- We reserve the right to refuse service.
- ALL playgrounds have an inherent risk of injury. You assume the risk for yourself and the children you bring.
